<p>A device for collecting the debris or dust created while drilling a hole in a wall comprises a plastic bag with means to detachably adhere the bag to the wall. Preferably the attachment means is low adhesive tape 1 that runs along top of the bag opposing one of the vertical seams 2 of the bag, when the bag is attached to the wall the configuration of the bag allows the bag to hold itself open. The bag is preferably made of thin plastic to allow the bag to hug the contours of heavily embossed wallpapers. Once the bag has been used, the bag is removed from the wall, the top of the bag is folded over and the tape 1 that secures the bag to the wall is used to seal the bag thereby preventing dust/debris 3 from spilling from the bag. The bag may then be folded over again and secured in the folded position by adhesive tape (3, fig 3) positioned on the front of the bag. The bags may be joined together to form a roll.</p> |
