<p>The device for the production and supply of a continuous dough strips, comprises dough container (2) for the reception of dough mass, a pair of spaced apart, counter-rotating propelled pressure rollers (4, 5, 6, 7), and a conveying device (19) for the transportation of formed dough strips. Each pressure roller is assigned a stationary stripper (21, 22) for stripping the dough mass by a cover wall (23) of the pressure rollers. The termination pair of pressure roller is adjacent to the conveying device and delivers the dough strip at the conveying device. The two pressure rollers of the closures have stripper, which is connected with the adjusting device. The adjusting device is divided into two adjusting units that are equispaced from each other, where each adjusting unit is connected with one of the adjustable strippers. The strippers are adjustable around a rotation axle of its assigned pressure rollers. During the adjustment of the circumference position of the stripper, a stripping cut with the adjacent cover wall is assigned to the pressure rollers.</p> |
