An apparatus of accelerating combustion of liquid fuel and a system of accelerating combustion of liquid fuel for an internal combustion engine are provided to maximize the combustion efficiency by forming liquid fuel in a molecular state, in which the liquid fuel easily reacts with oxygen, through magnetic force and a catalyst. An apparatus of accelerating combustion of liquid fuel comprises a plurality of liquid fuel combustion acceleration units and a series connection pipe. The liquid fuel combustion acceleration unit includes a metal pipe(100), a magnetic body(200) formed in the metal tube, a catalyst(300) and a connector(400). The catalyst is formed by mixing pure tourmaline ceramic and mixed tourmaline ceramic that have a pellet shape. The catalyst is filled into the metal pipe. The connector is coupled to two ends of the metal pipe. The series connection pipe allows the liquid fuel combustion acceleration units to be serially connected to each other.
