<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing leakage of stored image data. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus which forms an image based on the inputted image data, it is provided with a ciphering/decoding means for always ciphering the inputted image data by using a ciphering key to the image data in the case of storing the inputted image data in an image storage means and for decoding the ciphered image data in the case of reading the ciphered image data which is stored in the image storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
