A disk brake of a vehicle is provided to maintain a constant braking performance in a case a friction pad is worn away by allowing a wedge receiving member, a wedge member and a friction pad to simultaneously move through a nut and allowing a rotation shaft to move through a hole formed on the wedge receiving member. A disk brake of a vehicle comprises a disk(10), friction pads(20a,20b), provided at two sides of the disk, a wedge member(50), a wedge receiving member(60) having a mounting part(62) and a through-hole(61), and a driving device(70). The wedge member has a first surface attached to the friction pad and a second surface having a wedge surface which is inclined with respect to the disk. The wedge receiving member is inclined corresponding to the wedge surface. The driving device includes a nut(80), which is provided on a rotation shaft of the driving device. The nut is provided at a rear side of the wedge receiving member and allows the wedge receiving part to perform an advance/retreat movement such that the friction pad performs an advance/retreat movement with respect to the disk.
