PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the noise peak generated in a detection signal before wave inspection in response to the noise in the building up of a signal voltage wave. SOLUTION: This oscillatory type gyroscope for measuring the rotating angle speed within a prescribed plane comprises an oscillator extending into the prescribed plane. The oscillator 2 comprises a base part 9 where the center of gravity GO of the oscillator 2 is located, a plurality of driving oscillation systems 3A, 3B protruded from the periphery 9a of the base part and at least one detecting oscillation systems 7A, 7B protruded from the periphery 9a of the base part 9. The gyroscope comprises each driving electrode formed on each driving vibration system, wiring patterns 12A, 38A formed on at least one main surface 2a of the base part 9 in conformation to each driving electrode and power supplying pads 13A, 14B connected to each wiring pattern. Each of the wiring patterns and the power supplying pads is not mutually connected, and power is independently supplied to each wiring pattern. |
