A tear duct drain having a hollow rigid tube 24, a first flange 28 at one extremity and a flexible, resilient and collapsible second flange 25 bonded to said tube 24 at a predetermined distance 22 away from the opposite extremity of the tube 27. The tube 24 may have a reduced diameter portion. The flexible flange 25 may comprise a plurality of arms which may be interconnected by a predetermined thickness of material 37.
