A device for employing alternating current in electrolysis comprises at least one multiple part conductor (12, fig 1). The conductor may be constructed from a central conductive rod, hub 12a or wire having one or more conductive surrounds 12b. The central conductive rod may be a threaded rod with one or more threaded conductive surrounds. Insulating spacers may be employed to distance the surrounds form one another. The multipart conductors may also be electrically insulated from one another, and may have means for attachment to an alternating current supply, which may be household or industrial. |
