一种提高P型氮化物发光二极体亮度的方法
摘要
本发明首先提供一P型氮化半导体层;选择性(Selective)分别蒸镀不同厚度与覆盖范围的钛金属于P型氮化镓半导体基底;接着再放入炉管,在氮气环境中,以相当高温进行活化(Activation)程序,控制于一定时间下;在活化程序完成后,将钛金属移除,可以选择性改变载子浓度,以达到提高P型氮化物发光二极体亮度的目的。
