EMI SHIELDING FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EMI SHIELDING FILM USING AG-POLYMER

An EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) shielding filter using an Ag-polymer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process and improve transmittance by forming a fine pattern and reducing a corner diameter of the pattern through direct formation of the pattern of a metal particle on a transparent material. A method for manufacturing an EMI shielding filter includes the steps of: processing a surface of a transparent material(10) by using any one of ozone, UV, or plasma; and forming a pattern(40) of an Ag-polymer(20) on the transparent material. The step of forming the pattern of the Ag-polymer includes the steps of: forming a thin film of the Ag-polymer on the transparent material(S1); forming a patterned layer on the transparent material through photoreduction of the Ag-polymer by a photo-litho method(S2,S3); and removing the Ag-polymer which does not react(S4).
