The collecting apparatus has a system for removing them through chemicals agents. A handle is provided that has a trigger, a shooter for opening gate of compartment of chemical products and a trigger for emptying compartment of destroyed waste. A roller wheel and towed support for destruction compartment of waste collectors are also provided. The waste destruction chamber is housed in the cylinder and is seated in the axis of the wheels. The drain valve is provided that is activated by a spring closure. The chemicals responsible for eliminating waste are housed in vertical support collector.
