A roller blind with an undercut-free guide rail is provided to employ a guide rail at the side portions of a developed blind seat, in which the guide rail has guide grooves having no undercut. A roller blind includes a winding shaft(37), a blind seat(22), a pull rod(32), two guide rails(25,26), two strip-shape operators(39,40), and two driving gears(47,48). The guide rails extend from side portions of the blind seat. The guide rails include an undercut-free guide groove(27) in order to guide the pull rod. The strip-shape operators cooperate with the guide rails. The strip-shape operators extend through the guide rail and have a rectangular sectional surface corresponding to the width of the guide groove. The strip-shape operators have a teeth part and cooperate with the pull rod. The driving gears cooperate with the strip-shape operators. The driving gears are arranged at the end of the winding shaft. The strip-shape operators move between the driving wheels and the pull rod.
