A permanent magnet rotor-type motor is provided to improve durability by firmly fixing a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) inside a bracket and electrically connecting the PCB at the same time. A permanent magnet rotor-type motor includes a stator(150), a PCB(160), and a bracket. A stator coil(158) is wound around the stator. The PCB is fixed to an upper part of the stator and mounts an electric power element(165). The bracket includes a heat discharging unit(172) and receives the stator and the PCB so that the electric power element is in contact with the heat discharging unit. The heat discharging unit is formed on a top surface of the bracket opposite to the PCB. The bracket includes an upper bracket(170) and a lower bracket. The heat discharging unit is formed on the upper bracket. The lower bracket is coupled to the upper bracket.
