A vehicle back panel is provided to extend a vertical bead formed on the back panel to a floor matching unit of a lower portion and provide a sectional surface having a predetermined shape to the middle portion of the back panel. A vehicle back panel(110) includes a plurality of vertical beads(120) and a plurality of horizontal beads(130). The vertical bead is formed vertically. The horizontal bead has a symmetrical shape to connect the first sides of the vertical bed. The lower portion of the vertical bead extends to a floor matching unit(140) coupled to a floor panel corresponding to a bottom surface of a trunk room. The lower portion of the vertical bead has a curve shape protruding to a rear portion of a vehicle by a predetermined length. The back panel has a plurality of coupling holes(115) such that an external panel sticking to a rear side surface is coupled to a rear bumper sticking to the lower end of the rear side surface.
