An electric condenser device is provided to realize a highly reliable cooling system capable of diagnosing the states of a cooling unit and a temperature detecting unit. An electric condenser device includes an electric condenser module(102) having one or plural electric condensers, many temperature detecting units(104a,104b), and a cooling unit(107) which introduces a coolant into the electric condenser module and cools the electric condenser. The temperature detecting unit measures at least one temperature selected from an inflow temperature of the coolant into the electric condenser device, an outflow temperature of the coolant from the electric condenser device, and at least one temperature of the electric condenser or the electric condenser module.
