A test handler is provided to reduce the transferring number of test materials and to reduce a time for transferring the test materials by using a robot. A loading unit(200) is installed on a base of a handler. A plurality of trays for storing test materials is loaded into the loading unit. A heating plate shuttle(230) transfers the test materials loaded into the loading unit and heats the test materials. A high temperature chamber(240) includes a test socket for testing the test materials to be transferred by the heating plate shuttle. An unloading unit(250) includes the trays for sorting and loading the test materials according to the test results of the high temperature chamber. A heater is installed at the bottom of the heating plate shuttle. A hot plate is installed in the heater. |
