A cooling system of a fuel cell vehicle is provided to protect components against overheating of a stack and stably maintain an entire system of the fuel cell vehicle by preventing the overheating of the stack due to failure of a water pump. A first flow line includes a first adjustment valve(120) to adjust an amount of cooling water inputted in a first stack(2) installed in a fuel cell vehicle through a first water pump(110) for pressing the cooling water. A second flow line(200) includes a second adjustment valve(220) to adjust an amount of cooling water inputted in a second stack(4) installed in the fuel cell vehicle through a second water pump(210) for pressing the cooling water. A return line is connected so that the cool water heat-exchanged in the first and second stacks and heated is joined and returned to a radiator(10). A bypass line(400) is connected to the first and second flow lines supplied to the first and second stacks so that the heat-exchanged cooling water in the first and second stack is not reversely circulated to the first stack or the second stack in case of failure of the first water pump or the second water pump. A control unit(500) senses temperature of the first and second stacks from temperature sensors(20) installed on the first and second stacks and prevents the heat-exchanged cool water from being mixed with cooled water supplied through a supply line(310) through off of the first adjustment valve or the second adjustment valve when temperature of any one of the first and second stacks rises abnormally. |
