A cooling/heating system for a vehicle having a combined subsidiary cooling engine is provided to carry out heat exchange between heat exchange fluids for cooling an engine and refrigerant expanded in an expansion valve by an additional indoor cooling/heating heat exchanger mounted in an air conditioning duct, and convert flow paths of the heat exchange fluids discharged from the engine, thereby achieving subsidiary cooling for the engine and cooling/heating operation by the heat exchanger. A cooling/heating system for a vehicle having a combined subsidiary cooling engine includes heat media supply/recovery lines(41,42) for supplying heat exchange fluid circulating an engine(40) partially to an indoor cooling/heating heat exchanger(60), which is mounted in an air conditioning duct(61), and restoring the heat exchange fluid to the engine. An internal heat exchanger(70) carries out heat exchange between the heat exchange fluids discharged from the indoor cooling/heating heat exchanger and refrigerant discharged from an expansion valve(30). A heat fluid moving unit transfers the heat exchanger fluid from the indoor cooling/heating heat exchanger to the internal heat exchanger and moves the heat exchanger from the internal heat exchanger to the indoor cooling/heating heat exchanger.
