A mounting structure of a mounter in a vehicle is provided to mount the mounter without using a hook by modifying the shape of a weld nut, a bolt and the mounter. In a mounting structure for a mounter(7) of a vehicle, a weld nut is welded to the rear surface of a frame(1) having a through hole. The mounter is installed in front of the frame to correspond to the perforation hole such that the mounter is coupled with the weld nut by a bolt(9). A locking protrusion is provided at one surface of the weld nut such that the weld nut protrudes from the through hole of the frame. In a state where the locking protrusion is inserted into a mounting hole of the mounter, the mounter is fixed and coupled with the weld nut using the bolt.
