An apparatus for rotating a battery for a vehicle is provided to prevent lower limbs of an occupant from being injured using a battery rotation structure system. An apparatus for rotating a battery for a vehicle comprises the battery(21) and a tray(22) installed below the battery to support the battery. A strut housing panel(23) is installed to support the tray. A master cylinder(24) is installed at one side of the battery. A booster(25) is connected with the master cylinder. A brake pedal is connected with the booster. A rotating device has one end connected with the battery and the other end connected with the strut housing panel. When front offset collision occurs, the rotating device prevents the battery from colliding with the master cylinder and the booster by rotating the battery.
