<p>A low pressure spray type road surface marking apparatus is provided to remove the danger of explosion due to high pressure by conveying a high temperature and high viscosity composite from a high temperature melting device to a sprayer under low pressure, and to supply a composite at a fixed quantity continuously and stably without abrasion and damage of equipment caused by friction even if a strong composite such as glass beads for a road. A low pressure spray type road surface marking apparatus includes a melting device(1) storing a high temperature and high viscosity composite, a sprayer(2) receiving the high temperature and high viscosity composite from the melting device and spraying, and a supply device(3) pumping out the composite of the melting device and supplying to the sprayer between the sprayer and the melting device, wherein the sprayer is connected with an air compressor(4) to spray the melted composite to a road surface through a spray nozzle with compressed air supplied from the air compressor. The supply device is composed of a pair of actuating pumps(30A,30B) pumping in opposite directions with a piston operated by hydraulic pressure and having a pair of cylinders(31A,31B) with built-in pistons(32A,32B) operating in the opposite directions and a pair of pump housings(33A,33B) with corrugated boxes(34A,34B), wherein suction valves(38A,38B) are installed to inlets(331A,331B) of the pump housings and discharge valves(39A,39B) are installed to outlets(332A,332B) of the pump housings to close an inlet and an outlet of the other actuating pump repeatedly to make continuous pumping actions when the composite of the melting device is inhaled or discharged through an inlet and an outlet of one actuating pump.</p> |
