<p>A method for dynamically allocating resources of a down link in an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access)/TDD(Time Division Duplexing) cellular system is provided to increase a sector process amount by using accurate channel information. The number of sub channels allocated to each user is determined by using an FLR(Full Loading Range) algorithm(ST1). When no channel information for a dynamic channel allocation exists in a first frame, a channel allocation algorithm is performed by using a round-robin algorithm(ST2). The dynamic channel allocation is performed by using upper link channel information which is measured by an upper link channel sounding process(ST3). A power control process is performed(ST4).</p> |
