An apparatus and a method for using and relaying a multi-hop frame on a mobile multi-hop relay network are provided to enable a BS to use a super frame flexibly according to network topology, make frame control information identical in the super frame, correspond the same frame identifier to the frame control information, thereby preventing interference between the BS and repeaters fundamentally. A method for generating and transmitting a super frame for data transceiving in a BS(Base Station) on an MMR(Mobile Multi-hop Relay) network comprises the following steps of: determining the number and temporal length of unit frames to be included in the super frame binding at least one sequential unit frame on a time axis(601); allocating channel sections for transmitting data required to the uplink and downlink data channels of each unit frame on the basis of the topology and communication requests of the current MMR network(602); generating the frame control information of common reference information for the recognition and analysis of the unit frames within the each unit frame and allocating each frame control information to the each unit frame within the super frame(603); and transmitting the frame control information for the each unit frame within the super frame with downlink data to be transmitted on the basis of the allocated channel sections(604).
