A laser marking controller with improved structure is provided to perform a laser marking operation on a plurality of substrates in a state that the laser marking controller is linked to the substrates by synchronizing a plurality of galvanometer scanners, and a laser marking system using the laser marking controller is provided. In a laser marking controller used in a laser marking system(200) for irradiating a laser beam(1) onto substrates(2) to be marked to mark desired letters or figures on the substrates, the laser marking controller outputting a scanner control signal comprising a scanner drive signal for driving galvanometer scanners(240) to deflect a projected laser beam to a desired angle and a transmission signal for synchronizing the scanner drive signal, and a laser control signal transmitted to a laser controller(220) to adjust intensity and frequency of the laser beam, the laser marking controller comprises: an input part into which the transmission signal, a scanner wait signal for displaying whether the scanner drive signal is normally generated or not, and a laser wait signal which is connected to the scanner wait signal and determines whether or not to output the laser control signal are inputted; a first output part for outputting the transmission signal, the scanner wait signal, and the laser wait signal; a second output part for outputting the scanner control signal and the laser control signal to the galvanometer scanners and the laser controller respectively; a scanner wait signal generating part for generating the scanner wait signal; and a computation part for computing the scanner wait signal outputted from the scanner wait signal generating part and the scanner wait signal inputted through the input part to output computing result values thereof. |
