The invention relates to the building materials, in particular to a dry plaster mixture on base of cement and may be used for treatment of inner and outer surfaces of the construction projects. The mixture comprises cement, methylhydroxyethylcellulose, surface-active agent, citric acid, redispersible latex powder and finely ground limestone in the following component ratio, mass %:cement����35.0...40.0methylhydroxyethylcellulose�0.1...0.4surface-active agent��0.005...0.030citric acid���0.04...0.06redispersible latex powder�1.0...2.0finely ground limestone��the rest.At the same time, as surface-active agent there may be used a Sumgait-type anionic detergent.
