A multistage slider is provided to achieve miniaturization within a range to maintain the minimum distance between a user's ear and his mouth and seek after design diversification by providing a 3-stage folding structure. A multistage slider(100) is comprised of a body(110), an upper slider(120), a lower slider(130), a slide member(140), and a driving unit(150). The upper slider(120) is installed at the upper part of the body(110). The lower slider(130) is installed at the lower part of the body(110). The slide member(140) connects the upper slider(120) with the lower slider(130) so as to make a sliding motion. The slide member(140) consists of slide protrusions(142) and slide grooves(144). The slide protrusions(142) respectively are formed at both sides of the body(110) in two lines. The slide grooves(144), formed at both sides of the upper slider(120) and both sides of the lower slider(130), engage with the slide protrusions(142). The driving unit(150), rotatively combined to the body(110), makes the upper and lower sliders(120,130) automatically slid when they makes a sliding motion. Holes(112), where a washer(115) is installed, are formed at the centers of both the body(110) and the driving unit(150). The driving unit(150) is connected to the body by the washer.
