<p>A bituminous pavement filler comprising waste particulate and fly ash and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing cost of the filler and to recycle waste material by using waste particulate and fly ash. A bituminous pavement filler comprises 30-50% by weight of fly ash, 40-70% by weight of waste particulate which is generated in a process for recycling construction waste. The fly ash and the waste particulate comprise at most 1% of water, and have particle size of 600-75mum, respectively. The bituminous pavement filler optionally comprises additive raw material selected from waste loess, waste brick, waste synthetic resin, slaked lime and waste shell, in addition to 20-50% by weight of fly ash and 30-40% by weight of waste particulate. A manufacturing method of the bituminous pavement filler comprises steps of: drying fly ash and waste particulate until each water content of the fly ash and the waste particulate becomes less than 1%, respectively, and screening the waste through a screen having mesh of #300-#200, whereby maintaining particle size of 600-75mum; keeping the fly ash and waste particulate, respectively and transporting them to a mixer; mixing the waste particulate in a rate as transported; and transporting the mixture for storing.</p> |
