A structure of an air cleaner for a vehicle is provided to shorten the length of an air duct by arranging an air duct on the component of one side of the air cleaner such that the air duct is formed into a straight line. A structure of an air cleaner(30) for a vehicle, includes a lower box(31), an upper box(32), a filter(33), and an air inlet port(32a). The upper box is joined to the lower box. The filter is arranged in the lower box and the upper box. The air inlet port is formed at one of the upper box and the lower box such that an air duct is connected to the air inlet port so as to suck outdoor air. A separation wall is arranged in the upper box and the lower box in such a manner that air introduced through the air inlet port is discharged in a U-shape through the filter.
