STILBENE DERIVATIVE, LIGHT EMITTING ELEMENT, LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE, AND ELECTRONIC APPLIANCE

A stilbene derivative is provided to show blue light emitting with good color purity, thereby providing a light emitting device and an electronic device capable of expressing picture with excellent color using the same. A stilbene derivative is represented by the general formula(G1), wherein the each A^1 and B^1 is independently one selected from structures represented by the formulae(G1-1), (G1-2), (G1-3) and (G1-4)(wherein each R^1 to R^24 is H or C1-4 alkyl). A light emitting device comprises: a cathode; an anode; and a light emitting layer between the cathode and anode, wherein the light emitting layer includes the stilbene derivative. An electronic appliance includes the light emitting device having the light emitting layer placed between the cathode and anode, wherein the light emitting layer includes the stilbene derivative.
