摘要

An optical film and a liquid crystal display device having the same are provided to improve an image quality of the LCD device by minimizing Moir patterns in a displayed image. An optical film includes a transparent substrate, a microstructure layer, and an LCD panel(130). The sheet-type transparent substrate is made of a transparent material. The microstructure layer includes microstructure arrays, which are formed on a surface of the transparent substrate and emits light. The LCD panel is formed on the microstructure layer and includes plural pixels. The LCD panel displays an image. From a top side view over the LCD panel, at least one portion of the microstructures having at least one parallel arrangement and at least one non-parallel arrangement are repeated in a longitudianl direction of the LCD panel with respect to one side edge of the pixel of the LCD panel.
