An image forming device is provided to make the uniform photography concentration of a final printed matter by correcting the photography concentration difference on the surface of the photosensitive drum. An image forming device comprises a photosensitive drum, an image processing unit(20), a PWM unit(30), a storage unit(40), a PWM signal correcting unit(50), and a LSU(Laser Scanning Unit). An electrostatic latent image is formed on a periphery surface of the photosensitive drum. The image processing determines the size of dot to form printed image. The PWM unit outputs corresponding PWM signals in accordance with each size of dot. The correcting value for pulse width is stored in the storage unit to equalize concentration of a final printed matter by regulating pulse width of the PWM signals corresponding to a central part and a periphery of the photosensitive drum. The PWM signal correcting unit corrects the PWM signal corresponding to the central part and the periphery of the photosensitive drum using the correction value. The laser scanning unit irradiate laser beam to the photosensitive drum according to the corrected PWM signal to generate electrostatic latent image on the periphery surface of the photosensitive drum.
