A flow-changing device and a method for circulating an input matter using the same are provided to change a flow direction of the input matter within a flow-changing chamber, thereby dyeing and drying an inside, an outside, and a middle layer of the input matter uniformly and promptly. An inner body(10) includes an input port(11) through which an input matter is inputted, and an output port(12) through which the input matter is outputted. The inner body further includes a first opening(13) communicating with the input port, and a second opening(14) communicating with the output port. The inner body is disposed within an outer body(20) of which a lower portion is closed. A circulating chamber is installed above the outer body. A flow-changing unit(30) selectively supplies the input matter to one of the first and second openings. Further, the flow-changing unit contains a hinge shaft and a rotating member. |
