The electric drive is applied in high voltage two-position disconnectors and three-position earthing-rod disconnectors for airtight complete SF6-gas disconnection devices. The unification of the alternative for different applications ensures advantages both for their manufacture and operation. The three-position electric drive has a conversion (4) with two arms with rollers (5). In revolving the conversion (4) at 180 degrees, one of the rollers (5) interacts with the respective channel (6) of the Maltese sector (1) revolving it at the specified angle. By means of a changing gear transmission (18-19), the outlet shaft (2) can be revolved at a desired angle which can be different for connecting the disconnector (from II to I) or the earthing rod (from II to III). Conversion (4) is a unit with a worm-wheel (14), resting freely on the outlet shaft (2). Driving of the wheel (14) is effected by an electric motor (9) with an inbuilt gear transmission (10), changing gear wheels (11 and 12) and worm-wheel (13). By a suitable selection of the gear ratios of transmissions (11-12, 5-1 and 18-19) different angles of revolving shaft (2) and times of re-switching can be achieved. Handle (16) allows manual operations to be also performed.
