A food waste annihilating equipment is provided to prevent generation of an electric shock accident or harmful electromagnetic waves by heating a case through hot water instead of a heating wire, improve energy efficiency by adjusting heating area of the case according to the amount of food waste, improve workability by automatically discharging annihilated food waste, and improve thermal efficiency by flowing residual heat generated from a heating tank and a drive unit into the case. A food waste annihilating equipment comprises: a case(100) which is constructed in a sealed structure having a space(M) formed therein so that food waste is injected into the space, and which has an openable injection port(111) formed on a part of a top face thereof, and a discharge port(130) formed on a part of a rear face thereof; an agitator installed in the space within the case to agitate food waste injected into the space; a heating tank(300) which is integrally formed on both outer faces of the case, in which water is stored, which is installed to heat the water by a heating element(310) installed on a portion of an inner part thereof, and which has a water inlet(320) and a water outlet(330) formed on parts of an outer face thereof to supply water into the water inlet and discharge water from the water outlet; and a residual heat recovery duct(180) which is formed along an outer surface of an upper part of the case to recover the residual heat into the case through the discharge port of the case after guiding residual heat generated from the heating tank and the agitator. |
