The invention relates to the heat engineering, especially to boilers for heating of living spaces. The gas-fired hot-water boiler comprises a body with water jacket, a furnace with burner, equipped with an automatic flame control system, an air conduit for the furnace, a horizontal smoke flue, cold water inlet and hot water outlet branch pipes and tubular heat exchangers, inside which there are placed other tubular heat exchangers with a smaller diameter of the tubes. The heat exchangers with a smaller diameter of the tubes, placed into the furnace or into the gas conduit, intensify the heat exchange and increase the efficiency.
