A valve that is normally closed in a free state is provided to remove undesirable inflow of a fluid into a suction path of a cassette while setting up a cassette or removing a cassette. A valve that is normally closed in a free state includes a housing(205) and a valve boss(210). The housing includes an fluid inlet channel and a liquid outlet channel, which are connected to each other by a penetrating hole(225). The valve boss is disposed concentrically with the penetrating hole. In a proper state, a rim on the lower part of the valve boss maintains to come into contact with a rim of the penetrating hole that forms a valve sheet(220) and forms a valve seal face. A circular valve seal(215) is disposed on the rim of the valve boss. |
