A method for exchanging a grill plate of a roaster for meat and a device thereof are provided to prevent safety accident from occurring by supplying and receiving the grill plate at one place. A device for exchanging a grill plate of a roaster for meat comprises a supply part for the grill plate(5), a transferring device(8), a receiving part for the grill plate(10), and a guide rail(11). The supply part for the grill plate includes a stove(2) at the center of a roaster main body(1), and the grill plate(4) in which through holes are formed at one side of the stove with predetermined intervals. The transferring device transfers the grill plate by a lever(6) and a drawing plate(7) at the upper part of the supply part for the grill plate. The receiving part for the grill plate has a receiving tank(9) for receiving the used grill plate at the other side. The guide rail is installed at the front/rear of the supply part for the grill plate, the stove, and the receiving part for the grill plate. The supply part for the grill plate consists of a supporter vertically operated by the rotation of a handle of a rotation shaft, upper and lower operating plates(17) vertically operated by loading the grill plate at the upper part of the supporter, and through holes formed at an edge part of the supporter after inserting a spring(20). |
