A printed circuit board and a display apparatus having the same are provided to prevent a noise from being generated due to an electromagnetic radiation wave and prevent a chip mounted on the printed circuit board from being damaged and a wiring pattern from being shorted. A printed circuit board(100) includes an insulation layer(110), a first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are formed on the insulation layer. The conductive layers have at least one ground protrusion. A contact hole for exposing the ground protrusion is formed in the insulation layer The insulation layer is made of a resin material such as a phenol resin or an epoxy resin. The first conductive layer is formed on a first surface of the insulation layer. The second conductive layer is formed on a second surface of the insulation layer opposed to the first surface. The first conductive layer is made of a conductive metallic material. The first conductive layer includes a first wiring pattern(121).
