A method of preventing the falling off of hair and facilitating the growth of hair without chemicals is provided to facilitate the growth of the hair and the falling off of the hair by using a magnet massaging device and a magnetized spray bottle. A method of preventing the falling off of hair and facilitating the growth of hair without chemicals includes: a pretreatment massaging step of massaging the concerned part of a user's scalp with a handy type magnet massaging device; a magnetized clustered water spraying step of performing spray on the massaged part with a magnetized clustered water producing spray in which the magnetized clustered water is manufactured; and a after-treatment massaging step of massaging with a magnet massaging device.
