#CMT# #/CMT# The arrangement has a lower evaporation device (12) with a pipe (22) in which a plate (24) is arranged. The plate is oriented axially in a direction of flow of an exhaust gas stream, and is remote from walls (26) of the pipe. The plate delimits, in the pipe, two exhaust gas stream flow sections, and is fixed to a plate holder (48) by welding or pressing the holder. The holder is maintained by a junction ring (50) placed between a lower end (16) of another pipe comprising a liquid component release device (10), and an upper end (18) of former pipe (22) comprising the device (12). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Arrangement for depollution of a heat engine of a motor vehicle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The plate is maintained in the pipe by the junction ring, thus permitting vaporization of the liquid component released in the pipe. The arrangement is designed such that the lower evaporation device does not oppose the exhaust gas flow, and permits an optimal vaporization of a liquid component. The plate has a reduced thickness for permitting rapid heating of the plate in the exhaust gas flow, during engine starting phase, thus allowing vaporizing the liquid component in a rapid manner. The evaporation device can be easily mounted in an exhaust conduit.
