INK COMPOSITION FOR COLOR FILTER, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PICTURE ELEMENT OF COLOR FILTER AND COLOR FILTER PRODUCED BY THE SAME

An ink composition for color filters is provided to be superior in compatibility between a head and an ink, a discharging property, dispersibility and storage stability of an ink. An ink composition for color filters includes (a) 1-40 wt% of an acrylic resin, (b) 1-20 wt% of a polymerizable monomer, (c) 1-40 wt% of a pigment, and (d) the balance of at least one high-boiling solvent having a boiling point of 170-250 ‹C and at least one low-boiling solvent having a boiling point of 170 ‹C or below. The high-boiling solvent and low-boiling solvent are mixed in a ratio of 90/10-50/50. The composition further comprises 0.1-10 wt% of a polymerization initiator.
