<p>A MONITORING AND WARNING SYSTEM The present invention relates to a monitoring and warning system for monitoring a region of interest including a sensing mechanism directed at the region of interest, to sense the presence of an object of interest within the region of interest, an image recorder to record the image of the pre-determined object of interest within the region of interest and a warning mechanism to provide a signal wherein the sensing mechanism triggers the image recorder to record an image when the object of interest is sensed within the region. The invention also discloses a method of monitoring a region of interest including sensing a presence of an object of interest within the region of interest recording the image of the object of interest within the region of interest, activating the image recorder to record when an object of interest is sensed within the region of interest; and indicating a warning signal.</p> |
