摘要 <p>A low voltage protection interruption circuit is provided to prevent generation of a shutdown phenomenon by limiting charging of an SCP(Short-Circuit Protection) terminal through connection of a transistor to a capacitor in an on-state of the transistor. A low voltage protection interruption circuit includes a capacitor(10) and a switching unit(60). The capacitor is connected to an SCP terminal. The switching unit is connected to the SCP terminal. When a high signal is applied, the switching unit controls to block connection to the capacitor by being bypassed in a ground state and when a low signal is applied, the switching unit controls to open the connection to the capacitor. The switching unit includes a first NPN transistor(20), a first resistor(40), a second transistor(30), and a second resistor(50). The first NPN transistor is connected to the SCP terminal. The first resistor and the second NPN transistor are connected to the first NPN transistor in parallel and connected to a power terminal and a ground terminal in series. The second resistor is connected to a base of the second NPN transistor in series.</p>
