A fare negotiation, a system and a method of safety designated driving utilizing a designated driver brand are provided to enable a client to use the designated driving with a low cost and to contact with the client continuously by offering a system capable of negotiating a designated driving fare with the client. A designated driver(201) visits a main office(202) to register individual information(203), an ID(Identification) code, a password(204), and a picture photographed lately(205), and related documents(207). A wireless terminal device is given to the designated driver(208). If the terminal device has a biometric function(209), finger print input is required to complete the designated driver registration(210). And if an appearance of the driver changes beyond recognition(213), the designated driver must register a changed picture forcibly(214) and update the latest picture continuously. |
