An adhesive for a laminated steel plate is provided to ensure excellent adhesion and storage stability. An adhesive for a laminated steel plate comprises a polyester-polyurethane resin, a block isocyanate, and a silicon compound. A method for preparing the adhesive for a laminated steel plate includes the steps of: polymerizing an aromatic dibasic acid compound, an aliphatic dibasic acid compound, and glycol to form polyester; reacting the polyester with isocyanate to form a polyester-polyurethane resin; and adding a block isocyanate and a silicon compound to the polyester-polyurethane resin.
