The barrier has a smooth support (16) comprising a part and another part pivoting with respect to one another around a pivoting axis, where former part is rotatively integrated to a drive shaft. A safety unit comprises holding units for maintaining the latter part that is applied against former part in absence of impact on a stringer (12). The holding unit releases latter part, which is pivoted towards a top around the pivoting axis, when a vehicle does not have an access authorization causing the impact on the stringer in a lower position.
