A system and a method for providing a collective message reception service are provided to offer message number information to a mobile communication terminal having plural messages to be received, and enable the subscriber of the mobile communication terminal to select a message reception method, thereby collectively receiving the messages through a wireless Internet. A mobile communication terminal(11) connects with a message transmission server through a wireless Internet to receive the collective reception of plural messages to receive. A location register(14) transmits the location information of the mobile communication terminal and the message reception enable state information of the mobile communication terminal to a message service center. The message service center stores and manages messages to be transmitted to the mobile communication terminal and generates a message for selecting whether to receive the messages collectively to and transmit the message to the mobile communication terminal. The message transmission server allocates each message ID(Identification) band to the mobile communication terminal according to the number of messages to be received collectively and receives each message corresponding to the allocated message, and transmits the messages to the mobile communication terminal collectively.
