#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a support part (2) to support a gutter element, and a clamp (3) overlapping an edge of a covering (1) of a roof. The clamp associates support and gripping branches (5, 7), where the support branch is extended by the gripping branch. A body is formed of a stop (4), and locks the covering in conjunction with the support branch by using a locking unit (8). The stop has legs (11) with a junction part (12) forming a support for the locking unit held on the gripping branch. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for maintaining a gutter element in suspension on a roof of a building for collecting run-off water from a covering of the roof. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The configuration of the body simplifies the structure of the maintaining device, and facilitates the independent fabrication of the support branch and the body. The body can be easily positioned and withdrawn from the maintaining device. The body can exert a locking thrust that is orthogonal to falling direction of the clamp above the covering, thus ensuring an effective, reliable and permanent anchoring of the maintaining device on the covering.
