#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves depositing a fibrous material (3) on a surface of a part e.g. firewall (1). A fastener product (4) e.g. adhesive or link, of the volatile fibers is deposited on the fibrous material by projection through handgun, where quantity of the product deposited on the fibrous material is 20 gram per squaremeter. The product is dried by the flow of hot air or by an infrared radiation at a temperature of 100 degree Celsius. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for manufacturing a phonic/thermal insulation part e.g. firewall, that insulates a space e.g. passenger compartment, of motor vehicle from noise and surrounding heat. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method permits to entrap and block volatile fibers of fibrous material, thus avoiding the spreading of the fibers in atmosphere during the mounting of the part on an assembly line and avoiding pollution which is harmful to an operator, and permitting the operators to work with safety, while avoiding allergy or itching to the operator.
