A power transmission structure of a compressor is provided to prevent broken pieces of a limiter from splashing by integrating a limiter fixing plate with a damper. A power transmission structure of a compressor comprises a pulley(40), a hub(30), a limiter(10), and a damper member(20). The pulley is rotated by driving force from an engine. The hub is connected to a driving shaft of a compressor. The limiter is interposed between the pulley and the hub to transmit power and cut off power transmission between the pulley and the hub, if torque of the compressor exceeds a predetermined value. The damper member is coupled to the limiter and the pulley to absorb shock caused by torque change with an elastic member. The damper member includes an outer ring, an inner ring(25), and an elastic unit. The outer ring contacts to the pulley and extends to the inside of the damper member. The inner ring contacts the outer part of the limiter and has a hole(27) at the center. The hub passes through the hole of the inner ring. The elastic unit is molded between the inner ring the outer ring to absorb shock generated by torque change. The elastic unit is made of rubber.
